Abstract Electrical stimulation is a tool that has been used in various ways the rehabilitation of spinal cord injuries. Surface i.e. electromyography an effective method for assessing many conditions which patient is. Objective: To evaluate benefits through neuromuscular electrostimulation patients with injury and possible neuroplasticity gain observed electromyography. Method: This pilot study on evolution clinical cases different neurological levels injury. Conclusion: It was injured analyzed this preliminary showed neuroplasticity.
